Sogeti Recognized by Microsoft as the Azure Leadership Award Winner for 2015

Dayton, Ohio, September 28, 2015 – Sogeti, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Capgemini Group, announced today they are the recipient of the Microsoft Enterprise Partner Group Azure Leadership Award for 2015.

“Sogeti is honored to receive the Azure Leadership Award,” said Jean-François Courtines, Sogeti Corporate Vice President of Marketing, Offerings and Alliances. “Over the past several years, Sogeti has invested and actively committed to developing and implementing solutions that allow our customers to accelerate their cloud adoption through the Azure platform. Sogeti has established several technical Azure training programs in North America, India and Europe to ensure that our customers work with highly trained Azure professionals.”

Independent of the general Microsoft Partner of the Year awards process, the Azure Leadership Award winner was determined by the members of Microsoft’s Enterprise Partner Group team. Sogeti received the award as a result of continuous dedication to the development and deployment of Microsoft Azure based solutions, such as OneShare, a cloud-based dev ops and testing solution toolset that heavily utilizes the Azure platform.

“This award represents clear recognition of the business value and innovation that the Sogeti-Microsoft alliance is delivering to our mutual cloud customers,” said Susan Hauser, Corporate Vice President, Enterprise Partner Group, Microsoft.  “As more organizations seek to accelerate their digital transformation, the Sogeti Microsoft alliance epitomizes a unified team with advanced cloud capabilities. Microsoft’s cloud platform and Sogeti’s solution development and deployment skills provide our mutual customers with a remarkable opportunity to transform their businesses.”

A formal awards ceremony took place during the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Orlando on July 13, 2015. Sogeti was also the 2015 Winner of the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for Devices and Deployment Solutions and named as a finalist in two additional Microsoft Partner of the Year Award categories including Application Lifecycle Management and Big Data and Analytics.
