| Dayton, OH September 29, 2009: Sogeti, a leading international provider of professional IT services, announced today that it has hired Amit Midha as the new Vice President of its High Tech Consulting practice to further advance their High Tech Consulting and Engineering Services expertise. |

| Midha has nearly 20 years of experience in the Engineering Design Services industry. Beginning his career with a small Engineering Services company, as one of its first employees, he held positions in both delivery and sales before becoming Vice President of Engineering. Midha played a key role in transforming the company from a small, niche player into a global leader in providing clients with product development, computer-aided design and manufacturing engineering. |
