The client, a major international pharmaceutical company needed to establish an Internet presence. Sogeti was engaged to assist the client in a two-phase project that included an Internet architecture and detailed Internet design. The architecture and design were expected to leverage existing technology investment and provide a foundation for Internet connectivity. |

Sogeti designed the Internet architecture over a four month period. This architecture encompassed several major technology areas: network connectivity, WWW browser and server technology, electronic mail, security, network/system management and administration. |
