The client's Contact Management application, written in Microsoft Visual Studio .Net technologies supported thousands of automobile retailers nationwide. The application had been issued a number of application change requests due to the considerable amount of negative feedback the client was receiving from its customers. The client had neither the resources necessary to maintain its current schedule nor the resources address these mounting customer concerns. |

Solution
To address the concerns, Sogeti played a significant role in helping redesign and develop specific areas of the Contact Management application using Microsoft Visual Studio .Net technologies. |
- Working closely with Product team to gather customer requirements.
- Building five new Contact Management screens.
- Designing new customer requested reports.
- Performing first and second person testing to ensure stability and integrity of the product before release.
- Investigating and resolving 84 software problem reports.
- Participating in design and code reviews.
- Performing unit testing and fixing bugs in integration and system testing.
