Sogeti's project methodology, named DELIVER is derived from our deep rooted belief in an all-encompassing quality focus. It is a common, transnational approach to sales & delivery and a vehicle for knowledge management enabling Sogeti to successfully execute projects across geographies with the same quality levels for clients in time and within budget.

 

The methodology effectively supports Sogeti's service offerings by providing frameworks, methods, techniques and tools for managing all types of programs, projects and services. It covers business development, architecture design, application development, package implementation, and support services. Used exhaustively and consistently, D can be tailored to address specific client situations.

A comprehensive set of approaches to ensure client satisfaction and on-time delivery of quality programs/ projects/ services, from the initial opportunity assessment to the final hand-over to the client. These core approaches are mandatory throughout Sogeti, so that all professionals can relate to common practices (particularly on transnational projects), and have a framework for sharing knowledge.
Very practical and non-prescriptive guidelines, which are also linked to specific local practices such as procedures, templates and tools. This section can be tailored to any specific situation and benefits from local creativity and evolution.
