What I like most about my job?
I've found Sogeti to be a dynamic company with highly motivated professionals, and passionate team players at work. I like the challenging assignments, the multitasking and the great work conditions which are the foundation of our success. Sogeti has a solid foundation of close to four decades with best practices, knowledge and resources. A company that is committed to its employees' personal growth and considers that to be its own strategic growth is a place to call HOME.
 

What is/was my greatest professional challenge?
Recruiting the right people for the right task is one of my challenges. I'm constantly seeking "the best of the best" - people with deep experience in their field who are client-oriented. Another challenge is leveraging knowledge between team members and implementing Sogeti best practices in-house and at the client site, which is a strategic challenge in itself.

 
Secret of my success?
 I always look at what more I could give, and try to deliver added value. I ask myself why the client would want to work with me and seek resolutions from me as his/her first point of contact. I'm SURE that OTACE [Sogeti's client satisfaction measurement process] works, and that is what keeps us doing great business.
 
Sogeti is a good place to work because?
Wherever you look there are professional people who are great in their field: from sales, through HR and all the way to the principals [consultants]. All are making tremendous efforts to build on what we have today.
 
After work I really enjoy?
 I believe that a healthy mind and spirit and physical challenges are a good way to make the best of life. After work don't be surprised to find me at the nearest LA Fitness or jogging at the park.
