Secret of my success?

I would have to say that above all else, I try to establish and maintain a good work ethic. That and using common sense have allowed me to do what's necessary in my various project roles while keeping peace of mind.

Sogeti is a good place to work because?
I feel that I have a lot of opportunity to be creative in how I want to direct my career, whether that path is with my career development, IT technology training/product exposure or on site BA consulting/solution delivery.

When available, I can "pester" my account reps to consider me for different roles, depending on the project and if I feel I'm up to the challenge. I'm not pigeonholed into one role or skill set. Sogeti is extremely flexible in that way.

After work I really enjoy?
Playing in softball leagues, after-work gatherings with my colleagues, playing my guitar, and spending as much time as possible with my little girl.

I also enjoy traveling. If I'm away at a project site in a town or area I've never been to before, I enjoy just seeing what's out there outside of the client site . . . after work, of course.
