| Sogeti USA Wins 2nd Straight “Strategic Value, Quality Service Delivery Award” At Nationwide Insurance |

| The Sogeti USA Nationwide Insurance Account Team won the Strategic Value, Quality Service Delivery Award at Nationwide Insurance for the second year in a row (2006 and 2007)! |

| The Sogeti USA Nationwide Insurance Account Team won the Strategic Value, Quality Service Delivery Award for 2007 at Nationwide for the second year in a row at the 5th Annual Supplier Summit held in Columbus, Ohio on February 26, 2008. Twenty-two Preferred Suppliers of IT and Business Consulting Services attended this annual event, which is held in the Jeffers Auditorium during the first quarter each year. Scott Krieg, Sogeti AE from the Columbus Unit, was presented the award by Nationwide Insurance, Supply Management Services (SMS). SMS is responsible for the procurement of consulting services for Nationwide Insurance enterprise wide. |

| Below is a list of the reasons Sogeti USA was selected for the award in 2007 |

| Sogeti USA delivered outstanding quality products and services to Nationwide on many projects. Below is a list of only a few of them: |
- NI Personal Property Services (PPS) Project – Through our Managed Testing Practice, Sogeti helped NI PPS to achieve “zero defects” in production on two production applications - FPS (property agents backend system) and AOA (property agents front end system) – thus saving NI PPS thousands of dollars and time in “bug” fixes.
- Test Transformation Program (TTP) Project – Again, through Sogeti’s Managed Testing Practice, Sogeti created short and long-term roadmaps for achieving the “goal-state” in testing and created “best practices” for all lines of business (LOB’s). These roadmaps are being rolled out and implemented for the EIP and Spotlight Projects by Sogeti consultants and Nationwide employees today. Many of these testing “best practices” are included in Nationwide’s Enterprise Services Delivery Methodology (ESDm).
- NSC Talent Strategy Program – Via Sogeti’s Project Consulting Practice, Sogeti has eight (8) Project Managers engaged today at Nationwide. They share their project management “best practices” with the various projects NSC is responsible for managing across the enterprise. Many of the Sogeti project management ‘best practices” are included in ESDm.
- Enterprise Internet Program (EIP) – Several Sogeti Business Analysts and Project Managers were engaged on this strategic project during the second half of 2007. Sogeti has already helped the EIP Program to achieve some early deliverables and are providing new functionality to many of their existing internet web sites. The feedback on Sogeti’s project management efforts has been overwhelmingly positive.

| Sogeti provided the following quality, value-added services to Nationwide Insurance: |
- Location - Sogeti has offices in Columbus, Cleveland, Des Moines, Portland and Baltimore – this allows Sogeti to align regionally and nationally with the Nationwide Insurance locations.
- Growth - Sogeti grew from 45 consultants in January 2007 to 70+ consultants by the end of December 2007.
- PMP Prep Program – Sogeti offers this program to Key Clients twice a year. At least a dozen Nationwide employees have achieved their PMP certification through this program over the past 3 years – 3 in 2007!
- Delivery Management - Sogeti provides an on-site Delivery Manager that oversees all of the Sogeti Nationwide engagements to ensure that they run smoothly and that issues or concerns are effectively addressed. The Sogeti Delivery Manager is also a resource for Nationwide management to escalate activities or to facilitate communication with Sogeti staff.
- OTACE – This Sogeti Client Satisfaction survey is used to measure the performance of all Sogeti consultants engaged at Nationwide Insurance. In 2007, their average score was 4.7 on a scale of 5.0. This shows the overall value Sogeti brings to Nationwide Insurance – “Sogeti delivers what they say they are going to deliver on their projects!”
- On-Boarding Program – Sogeti initiated an on-boarding program for consultants being engaged at Nationwide Insurance to ensure they understand Nationwide’s business, culture, tools used, and work environment before starting their assignment.
- Lunch ‘N Learns – Sogeti provided several pro bono Lunch ‘N Learn sessions regarding industry best practices, trends, tools and methodologies.
- Education Seminars – Sogeti provided several education seminars at NO COST regarding the topics of Project Management, Managed Testing, IT Governance, etc.). In addition, Sogeti brought in company “Thought Leaders” such as Erik van Ommeren who co-authored the book “SOA for Profit” to talk with Nationwide Management and IT Architects.
- Charity Events – Sogeti participated in Nationwide Insurance Sponsored Charity Events including United Cerebral Palsy, Prevent Blindness and United Way.
- Local Seminars – Sogeti donated items to Nationwide Insurance for the Quality Assurance Symposium held last fall.
