Paris/Hamburg 2006 08 17 –Sogeti, a leader in IT services and R&D Outsourcing and wholly owned subsidiary of the international Capgemini Group, today announced the acquisition of FuE Group and expansion of its German HT operations.

| The transaction is subject to approval by the German Federal Cartel Office. |
