Dayton, Ohio - July 12, 2005 - Sogeti USA LLC ("Sogeti"). a premier provider of information-technology services, today announced the appointment of Greg Sloan as vice president of its Washington, DC unit. In his new role with Sogeti, Sloan will lead business development and operations for Sogeti's Washington, DC territory.

Prior to joining Sogeti, Sloan was Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Faneuil Group, a privately held North American based Business Process Outsourcing company, where he was responsible for the development and execution of the company's strategy, marketing, service offerings, compensation plans and sales incentives. Before serving with Faneuil, Sloan was with Avaya Inc. in New Jersey where he held the position of Vice President of IBM Global Alliance and Accounts and was responsible for the development and execution of the framework for Systems Integration and joint technology offerings between IBM and Avaya and leading Avaya's sales and negotiation efforts. In this role, he managed more than 40 Avaya associates on specific outsourcing and systems integration engagements, while developing IBM Global Services as a distribution channel for the company's products and services.
